Podria servir al visitante para saber si hay comunidad activa en su ciudad y los nodos en activo ... o al menos que sirva para actualizar el listado de comunidades que hay en la web, que hay algunas que ya no existen ...

Bueno, pues viendo como anda la cosa, me comprometo a darle una vuelta a google y a la web para ver que comunidades estan activas y/o con web y os lo envio a algun admin para que lo coloque en el modulo correspondiente. A ver si para mediados de semana lo tengo rematado.

Si en guifi.net tenemos hoy 3151 nodos en marcha, no vamos a ser nosotros mas bonitos que el resto de mortales, nuestro ritmo de crecimiento es brutal y el resto de comunicades y grupos también experimentaran un crecimiento gradual porque debemos aprovechar el fenómeno wi-fi para que las redes sean libres, en Vic o en cualquier zona de Cataluña, España o vete tu a saber.

Creo que es importante la premisa 'piensa en global, actua en local' debemos estar preparados para que cualquiera que quiera hacer red la pueda hacer a forma de autoservicio. Sé que nuestro modelo funciona, me gustaria que mas gente lo use, no me importa que se llame guifi.net, guadawireless, canariaswireless o el guineawireless.

Sinceramente, lo mas importante para mi, desde hace años es que cada grupo y comunidad mantenga su propia identidad, porque esto es muy importante, pero también creo que es esencial que la red no dependa, ni de tu, ni de mi, ni de nadie, la red debe ser hecha por los frikis a los que les gusta jugar con los cacharros y las antenas pero también y mucho mas importante, que la red pueda ser hecha por un albañil, un granjero, un jubilado, un pintor, una ama de casa, ... tener herramientas de autoservicio es la llave del crecimiento exponencial del numero de nodos de la red.

Seguro que en pocos meses, veremos florecer un monton de islas de redlibre por cualquier zona del territorio, que se identificaran como grupos independientes pero que usando la coordinación avanzaran mucho.
